this is a song of sorrow is for everyone. i painted so long on this image. it seems as if my whole world has changed since the first scraps until today. i guess i partly painted my pain into this image since painting is a great comfort for me.
elegy means lament or sad song.
a sad song helps to work up the grief & pain.
i guess this is what i want to paint.
it should be a comfort for those who need it.

if you wonder whyi combined flowers, dead trees & ruins:
the flowers are poppies, symbol of death and ruins & dead trees should be quite clear: decay, death, evanescence.
well...., that's my concept ;D
the rest is interpretation & that is your work!
